Hotel barge offering 6-night cruises in central France, seeking hardworking chef for season 2026.
As the Chef, you will have the sole responsibility for daily lunches and dinners, lunch is normally a main course and a dessert, and dinner consisting of 4 courses(including cheese course), canapés( just on Sunday and Friday).
For up to 6 passengers and 4/5 crew members.
We are looking for someone with and excellent time management, presentation skills and the ability to adapt menus. You will also be responsible for all aspects of shopping and sourcing high-quality ingredients, as well as maintaining kitchen and food hygiene standards.
Requirements:

Good level of English
Driver license
